Gabriela Koontz

Gabriela Koontz is an experienced professional in the field of behavioral health, currently serving as Operations Support Manager at Empower Behavioral Health since June 2019, where Gabriela has also held roles as Operations Support Supervisor, Operations RBT III, Lead RBT, and RBT. Prior to this, Gabriela worked as an RBT at Aptitude Habilitation Services from October 2018 to May 2019. Gabriela holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Change from Tiffin University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Incarnate Word.
