Kristina Rodriguez

Kristina Rodriguez, M.A., BCBA, LBA has a diverse work experience primarily in the field of behavioral health. Kristina started their career as a Recruiter at the Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas in May 2014 and worked there until February 2016. Following this, they joined Empower Behavioral Health in February 2016 as a Registered Behavior Technician and worked in that role until January 2018. Kristina then transitioned to the role of BCBA from January 2018 to October 2019. From October 2019 to October 2022, Kristina served as the Clinical Director at Empower Behavioral Health. Kristina then took on the role of Clinical Training Manager from October 2022 to April 2023, and is currently working as the Regional Clinical Director starting from April 2023 until the present.

Kristina Rodriguez holds a Master's degree in Special Education from The University of Texas at San Antonio, earned between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Mary's University during the period of 2010 to 2014.
