Heather Todd

Heather Todd, CFE has extensive experience in franchise operations, leadership, coaching, and business development. Heather most recently served as the Director of Franchise Operations at Empower Brands, overseeing the operations of Conserva Irrigation. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Neighborly®, including Vice President of Operations for Mr. Electric and Director of Systems. Heather also worked as a Franchise Business Coach, where they excelled in guiding franchisees and achieving sales growth. Earlier in their career, they founded and managed a successful chapter of eWomenNetwork, focusing on entrepreneur success and strategic partnerships. Heather's experience also includes serving as an Operations Manager at Clockwork Home Services and a Managing Partner at (ec)2 llc, where they consulted with clients and oversaw training and development projects. Heather started their career as a Sales & Marketing Manager and Project Manager at TSA The Leaders Edge. Heather Todd, CFE, obtained a BS in Business Management from UNLV Lee Business School in 1994. In addition, they received the certification of Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) from ICFE in February 2022.
