Nicole Mason

Nicole Mason has extensive experience in education and coaching, currently serving as the Internship Coordinator at EMPOWER COLLEGE PREP since June 2017, focusing on guiding high school students in career exploration. Prior experience includes roles at Desert Edge High School as a Mathematics Teacher and Head Women's Varsity Soccer Coach, along with co-founding PHX Pack Co. and working as a Sourcing Business Analyst at Target. Nicole's background also includes serving as a job coach for Comunidades Latinos Unidos en Servicio and as a Tommie Ambassador at the University of St. Thomas, where communication and interpersonal skills were honed. Education credentials include a Master of Education in Secondary Education from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.
