The Leadership Team at Empower Community Care is responsible for setting the strategic vision and guiding the overall direction of the organization. This team ensures the alignment of operational, financial, and growth initiatives to advance the company’s mission of transforming the lives of troubled youth, adults, their families, and communities through evidence-based behavioral health programs. They oversee and support the six subsidiary organizations to maximize their impact and effectiveness.
