Jeff Giannina

Jeff Giannina is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in application systems analysis and implementation. Currently serving as a Senior Application Systems Analyst at Empower Federal Credit Union since February 2023, Jeff previously held the role of Implementation Field Technician at Open Solutions, now part of Fiserv, from April 2013 to February 2023. In this capacity, Jeff managed the installation of various technologies, including Oracle 11g and the DNA Platform, while supporting client and implementation teams. Prior to this, Jeff spent nearly three decades at Fiserv as a Senior Implementation Analyst, where responsibilities included the installation, support, and training of the DNA Core platform, conducting hundreds of client installations.
