Keri Sweet Zavaglia

Keri Sweet Zavaglia currently serves as General Counsel at Empower Federal Credit Union since June 2023 and as a Non-Executive Director at Énergir since August 2022. Previously, Keri was the Senior Vice President and US General Counsel at National Grid from April 2006 to May 2023, overseeing legal matters for a business serving 20 million customers across New York and Massachusetts. Other notable roles at National Grid included Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Vice President of NY Performance & Strategy, Acting Vice President of Upstate New York Gas Operations, and Assistant General Counsel & Director for the NY Regulatory legal team.
