Mike Bradley

Mike Bradley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of human resources and benefits management. Mike currently holds the positions of Vice President Compensation and Benefits and Vice President Human Resources at Empower Federal Credit Union since 2020. Prior to that, they served as the CHRO - HR Business Partner, NY Region at Trinity Health/St. Joseph's Health/St. Peter's Health Partners from 2019 to 2020. From 2012 to 2018, they worked as the Director of Benefits and Employee Health at St. Joseph's Health. Before that, they were a Benefits Manager and Senior Benefits Analyst at Welch Allyn from 2006 to 2012. Mike also worked as a Benefits Manager at Loretto from 2001 to 2006 and as an Assistant Manager at Fay's/Eckerd Drugs from 1994 to 1999.

Mike Bradley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego, which they attended from 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from the same institution, from 1998 to 2000.
