Ryan McIntyre

Ryan McIntyre serves as the President & CEO of Empower Federal Credit Union since January 2023, overseeing over 600 employees at this member-owned financial cooperative. Prior to this role, Ryan held various strategic positions at VyStar Credit Union from June 2018 to December 2022, including Chief Strategy Officer and SVP of Strategic Initiatives, where significant organizational improvements were made and a successful acquisition was completed. Ryan's earlier experience at Regions Bank spanned from March 2003 to April 2018, with achievements as Jacksonville City President and in various vice president roles, leading to notable sales performance and operational excellence. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, a Master's Degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Certificate in Financial Planning from Kaplan College.
