Kathy Kye has a diverse and extensive work background in the healthcare industry. Kathy began their career in 1990 at the University of Chicago Medicine, where they served as a Wellness Intern for six months. Following this, they joined the Health Maintenance Institute in 1990 and worked there for almost three decades. During their time at the Health Maintenance Institute, Kathy held various roles, including Health Promotion Consultant and eventually becoming President and Owner of the company. In 2018, Kathy joined Empower Health Services as the Vice President of the HMI Wellness Division. Kathy is currently in this position.
Kathy Kye pursued their undergraduate education from 1986 to 1990 at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Education. In March 1995, Kathy Kye went on to achieve the certification of Master Certified Health Education Specialist from the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc.
