Christina H. has a wealth of work experience. Christina began their career in 2010 as an Associate at Orion Consultants. In 2012, they became a Fulbright ETA at Fulbright Colombia. In 2013, they were a Graduate Intern at the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of International Monetary Policy. In 2014, they were a Financial Market Infrastructure - Risk & Policy Graduate Intern at the Federal Reserve Board. From 2015 to 2021, they held various roles at Promontory Financial Group, an IBM Company, including Senior Principal & Deputy Lead of Risk Practice Group, Principal, and Associate. In 2021, they became Head Of Compliance at SeedFi, where they were responsible for the company's CMS, including policies and procedures, risk assessments, training, monitoring and testing, regulatory change management, complaints management, issues management, and management- and board-level reporting. In 2022, they became Head of Compliance at Empower. In January 2023, SeedFi was acquired by Intuit/ Credit Karma.

Christina H. obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from the University of Notre Dame. Christina then earned a Master of Arts in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). Christina also attended Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Additionally, Christina H. obtained a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) from the American Bankers Association in February 2022.
