Sarina M. Ryczek

Sarina M. Ryczek, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Currently, they are the Managing Partner and Chief Human Resources Officer at Empower Partnerships since January 2022. Prior to that, they founded SAGE186, LLC in October 2021, where they provided flexible and customizable HR solutions for businesses of all sizes.

From November 2020 to November 2021, Sarina worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at WillScot | Mobile Mini Holdings Corp. Before that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and People Operations at Outlier from August 2019 to October 2020.

Sarina also held significant positions at Rogers Corporation as the Global Director of Human Resources and Total Rewards from February 2014 to April 2019. Sarina was a Member of the Board of Directors at Girls on the Run from July 2016 to July 2017.

Prior to that, Sarina worked as the Director of Human Resources and Global Talent Acquisition at Viad Corp from April 2012 to October 2013. Sarina also had various roles at Insight, including Director of Human Resources, Senior Manager of HRIS and Human Resources, and Global Program Manager, from 2006 to 2012.

Furthermore, Sarina gained experience as the Human Resources Manager and Generalist at Bowne Business Solutions from 2000 to 2005, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Bloomberg in 2002. Their diverse background in HR positions demonstrates their proficiency in all aspects of HR, from day-to-day operations to strategic development, mentoring, and coaching.

Sarina M. Ryczek has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Management from Northeastern University. Sarina also holds a B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia, with a major in Psychology and minors in English and Communications. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Predictive Index (PI) Practitioner from The Predictive Index, Professional Human Resource Management from Villanova University, SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, Achieve Global Certified Trainer from MHI Global, Human Capital Development from Cornell University, and DDI Certified Trainer from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
