Shawn Way

Shawn Way, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Empower Pharmacy since November 2020, following a tenure as Engineering Manager. Prior to this role, Shawn Way worked at MECO as a Project Engineer from August 2007 to November 2020. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Senior Process Engineer at Biogen Idec from 2005 to 2007 and as Engineering Manager at Tanox, Inc. from February 1997 to May 2005. Shawn Way holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, earned between 1991 and 1995, and graduated from Huron High School in 1991.
