Alison Wolfe

Alison Wolfe is a seasoned professional with significant experience in product management and customer experience. Currently serving as the Vice President of Product Management at Empower since January 2024, Alison previously held the position of Executive Director and Global Head of Workplace Customer Experience at Morgan Stanley from December 2018 to July 2023. In this role, Alison led a team to establish the firm's first strategic framework for enhancing client experience across the workplace ecosystem. Notable prior positions include Vice President of Digital Marketing at Morgan Stanley and Managing Director of Client Experience and Product Management at Charles Schwab, where Alison received the Excellence in Leadership Award for innovative solutions in client experience. Additionally, Alison founded Organize Denver, focusing on organizational system improvements. Alison holds a BA in Political Science, Modern Art, and Marketing from Tufts University and furthered education at the University of Denver.
