Daniel Gargan

Daniel Gargan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment management and business development. As a Senior Client Portfolio Manager at Empower since July 2015, Gargan represents the investment team, effectively communicating investment strategies to diverse stakeholders and managing client portfolios with over $180 billion in assets under management. Prior to this role, Gargan was involved in business development for Waste Farmers, where outreach efforts fostered collaboration among industry stakeholders. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Project Manager at AgriPlace, where Gargan contributed to the creation of a startup that educated businesses on agricultural supply chains and developed frameworks for evaluating social and environmental impacts. Daniel Gargan holds a BA in History and Environmental Studies from Colorado College and an MBA from TIAS School for Business and Society.
