Doug Fligor

Doug Fligor is an accomplished analyst and board member with extensive experience in financial services and client satisfaction. Currently serving as an Analyst in Payroll at Empower since April 2021, Fligor plays a crucial role in managing enrollment and feedback services while also holding the position of National Secretary for Empower Abilities, an initiative focused on mental wellness and inclusivity for individuals with disabilities. Previous experience includes a successful tenure at Airflow Sleep as a Client Success and Sales Operations Manager, as well as various business development roles at Kyruus and SiteSpect, where Fligor demonstrated exceptional skills in sales, marketing, and customer engagement. Fligor also founded and operated Fligor's Boat Cleaning Services and contributed to marine law enforcement as an Assistant Harbormaster.
