Helena Benedict

Helena Benedict is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in feedback management and payroll services. Currently serving as the Director of Feedback at Empower since August 2019, Helena manages a team of twenty-three across nine states, successfully doubling headcount and tripling project capacity through innovative product enhancements. Previously, Helena held various roles at Chase from May 2005 to July 2019, culminating as Branch Manager and Vice President, where a focus on staff training and customer experience was emphasized. Helena possesses a strong commitment to teamwork, process optimization, and maintaining high-quality service standards. Helena holds a degree from the University of Denver.
