Joshua Tinkey, CFP®, is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as Director of Financial Wellness and Financial Planning at Empower since December 2023. As the CEO and Founder of Bravo Bagel since July 2021 and the Founder and Owner of Equipped Interview since January 2018, Joshua demonstrates entrepreneurial expertise alongside extensive experience in various leadership roles at Vanguard from 2006 to 2021. At Vanguard, Joshua held positions ranging from Financial Planner to Cross-site Manager, leading over 70 managers and advisors and implementing organizational changes to enhance operational efficiency. Joshua is a graduate of Grove City College with a B.S. in Business Management and holds a Certificate in Finance and Financial Planning from Boston University Online.
