Michael Altman

Michael Altman has a significant amount of work experience. Michael began their career at OppenheimerFunds in 2002 as a Processing Associate and worked in that role until 2006. Michael then worked at Empower from 2007 to 2019, initially as a Correspondent and later as a Lead Business Writer and Specialist Business Writer and Documentation. During their time at Empower, Altman designed and managed a content management system for 18 different teams, led multi-team projects, coached and trained others, and handled workload management. Michael also wrote guidelines, procedures, job aids, and internal communications for various teams.

Michael Altman attended Metropolitan State University of Denver from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Series 26 and Series 6 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
