Randall Hoerth

Randall Hoerth is an experienced professional in software engineering and management, currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Empower since July 2010. Hoerth has successfully led teams in delivering automation and cloud migration solutions, contributing to the modernization of the second-largest retirement services provider's technology infrastructure. Previous roles include Middleware Engineering Consultant at IBM, where project management and implementation for J2EE applications were key responsibilities, and Configuration Management Engineering Consultant at BEA Systems Inc.
