Rebecca L. Rickert

Rebecca L. Rickert is an accomplished communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Communications and Consumer Insights at Empower since April 2022, Rebecca previously held the position of Vice President and Head of Global Brand Communications and US Media Relations at Prudential Financial from 2019 to 2022. Prior roles include Director of Corporate Reputation and Digital Communications at KPMG US (2014-2019), PR and Communications Director for the Americas at Linklaters (2012-2014), Director of Events and Marketing at Ovando (2009-2012), and Creative Director at The Berman Group (2006-2009). Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis.
