Rich Linton

Rich Linton is an experienced executive in the financial services industry, currently serving as President and COO at Empower. Previously, Rich held various leadership roles at Voya Financial, including President of Retail Wealth Management and Large Corporate Markets, and at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Managing Director and Head of Business Retirement Solutions. Rich also served as Executive Vice President at Fidelity Investments. Rich Linton holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Boston University, earned between 1986 and 1990.
