William Sabate

William Sabate currently serves as Vice President of Product for Digital Sales and Engagement at Empower, leading the strategy and delivery of customer-centric digital experiences. Previously, at PayPal, William held roles including Group Product Manager, where a focus on targeted engagement strategies led to a significant increase in Weekly Active Users and substantial revenue growth. Other positions at PayPal included Lead Product Manager and Sr. Product Manager in Martech, contributing to key app redesigns and the successful launch of a Customer Data Platform. Earlier experience includes Associate Director at UBS, where William executed a technology strategy for wealth management, and Senior Consultant at Protiviti, conducting process improvements for financial services. William began a career at Lockheed Martin as a Financial Analyst. William holds a BBA in Finance and Economics from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Temple University Rome.
