Donna Morelle

Donna Morelle currently serves as the Director of ESC Fellowships at Empower Success Corps, where the focus is on connecting skilled professionals with nonprofits through time-limited, impactful fellowship positions. In addition to directing fellowships, Donna has experience as a Lead Consultant, providing capacity-building services such as strategic planning and organizational assessments to enhance nonprofit effectiveness in New England. Prior roles include facilitating job search strategy groups for women in career transition at JVS Boston, and serving as Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent of Schools in the Cumberland Public Schools district, overseeing a substantial educational organization. Donna holds a Doctor of Education in Curriculum, Instruction, and Administration from Boston College and a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Rhode Island College.
