Asherah Horsley

Asherah Horsley is a Human Resources Analyst at Kapitus since September 2022, where responsibilities include analyzing survey data to identify trends, enhancing employer branding, and collaborating on training program development. Previously, Asherah held roles as a Talent Attraction Specialist and Recruiting Intern at Kapitus, focusing on recruitment marketing and improving interview processes. In addition to current HR experience, Asherah is an active member of empowER: The Employee Relations Community and served as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Co-Chair for the Cornell Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Asherah has a strong athletic background as a Division I foil fencer at Cornell University, while also holding leadership positions in various organizations, including The Advocacy Project and HR Acuity. Asherah earned a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University, following a Summa Cum Laude graduation from Dubois Area Senior High School.
