Heidi Hok is an experienced Employee Relations professional with a strong background in human resources, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science with a Management Minor from UC Irvine and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Chapman University. Currently a member of empowER: The Employee Relations Community since November 2021, Heidi has been an Employee Relations Consultant at Pacific Life since April 2013 and previously served as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant at MetLife from July 2004 to March 2013. In these roles, Heidi has acted as an Employee Relations partner and subject matter expert, providing consultation and resolution for ER inquiries and issues, while also coaching management on various HR matters. Earlier in the career, Heidi worked as a Recruitment/HR Associate at Toshiba from June 2001 to July 2004.
