Janice McGee

Janice McGee is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and human resources leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director at Salesforce since January 2017, Janice also holds a membership with empowER: The Employee Relations Community since 2018. Previous roles include Human Resources Consultant at Motivate International Inc., Director of Human Resources at E*TRADE Financial Corporation, and Managing Director of Employee Relations at Charles Schwab. Janice's career began in human resources positions at Mentor Communications Group and SoundView Technology Group, and includes foundational experience at GE Capital. Janice holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business and a Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law.
