Liz Napurano currently serves as an Account Manager at HR Acuity, where experience spans multiple roles including Customer Success Manager, Client Support Specialist, and Sales Development Representative since March 2020. In addition, Liz is a member of empowER: The Employee Relations Community since November 2021. Prior experience includes positions at Century 21 Stores as Corporate Retail Auditor, and at Victoria's Secret in various capacities such as Brand Operations Supervisor and Sales & Support Generalist. Liz also worked at MassMutual New Jersey-NYC and MassMutual in roles including Agency New Business Coordinator and Brokerage Assistant. Initial professional experience included internships at Bracco, starting as a Customer Service Intern and later as an Information Services Intern. Liz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Real Estate with a Minor in Information Technology from Monmouth University, attended Wardlaw-Hartridge School for high school education, graduating in 2011.
