Meagan Foster

Meagan Foster is a seasoned professional in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the City of Fort Collins since September 2022. Meagan has been a member of empowER: The Employee Relations Community since 2021. Previously, Meagan held several key positions at Teach For America from 2013 to 2022, including Managing Director of Employee Relations & Compliance and Director of Operations & Compliance. Additional experience includes roles at Energy Logic, Inc. as Training Coordinator, and various positions at the University of Colorado at Boulder and Teach For America. Meagan began a career in human resources and operations after obtaining a degree from The University of Kansas between 2001 and 2005.
