Monica Bordeaux-Grubb

Monica Bordeaux-Grubb, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a member of empowER: The Employee Relations Community since November 2021. Monica has been with Verizon Wireless since 1997, advancing from roles such as HR Manager to Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to Verizon, Monica held positions at 360 Communications as Employee Relations Manager, and at Manpower Staffing overseeing staffing for Northern Telecom and working as an Employment Specialist for Caterpillar Inc. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Human Resource Development Specialist at Hospira and a Contract Consultant for Site Training & Development at GlaxoWellcome, as well as a Graduate Instructor at East Carolina University. Monica holds a BA in Psychology & Sociology from Clemson University and an MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from East Carolina University.
