Orlanda Welch, MBA, MLS, serves as the Employee Relations & HR Compliance Manager for North Americas at Snap Inc. since December 2024. Welch is a member of empowER: The Employee Relations Community since November 2021. Previously, tenure at SEPHORA included roles as Employee Relations Manager for both the Corporate and Distribution Centers, along with serving as Employee Relations Business Partner from September 2020 to August 2024. Prior experience includes positions as Employee & Labor Relations Specialist and Disability Management Specialist at the University of California, Santa Barbara from April 2019 to September 2020, and Contractor Special Investigator/Case Review Analyst at Perspecta from January 2016 to September 2018. Educational credentials include a Master of Legal Studies in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Law, an MBA in Management Information Systems from City University of Seattle, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science - Information Systems from Norfolk State University.
