Robert Steindler currently serves as the Director of Employee Relations, HR Risk & Compliance at Serco since April 2021 and is a member of empowER: The Employee Relations Community since March 2018. Previously, Robert held various leadership roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, including Head of Employee Relations, where significant improvements were made to the Employee Relations function and compliance programs. Robert's experience also includes serving as Director of Human Resources at both Aurora Flight Sciences and Independence Air, where comprehensive HR strategies were developed and implemented. Robert began the career as Employee Relations Manager at Atlantic Coast Airlines, establishing the organization's first employee relations function. Educationally, Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Justice from the State University of New York at Oswego.
