Lisa Sandilands

Lisa Sandilands is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical settings, currently serving as the Lead Clinician for NJ4S in Passaic County at the New Jersey Community Development Corporation since July 2023. In addition to this role, Lisa owns a private practice as a psychotherapist since January 2020 and has been providing in-home therapy for children and families with Empower U, also since January 2019. Previous positions include Treatment Home Clinical Coordinator at Youth Consultation Service, Assistant Director of Residential Services at Vantage Health System, and various clinical roles in residential treatment and educational settings. Lisa holds a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
