Shantah Easley

Shantah Easley possesses a diverse background in social work and counseling, currently serving as an Intensive In-Community (IIC) professional at Empower U since February 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a therapist and program coordinator at The MENTOR Network from September 2015 to September 2019, as well as a social work intern at Plainfield High School and Union County Youth Services Bureau. Additionally, Shantah worked as a counselor at Passaic County Women's Center and held social work internships at Oasis and the aforementioned organizations. Shantah holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Child Studies from Montclair State University, alongside an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from UCNJ Union College. The educational journey began with a high school diploma in General Studies from Union Catholic High School.
