Tina-Anne Mulligan

Tina-Anne Mulligan is an experienced psychotherapist currently employed at Empower U. since April 2021. Prior to this role, Tina-Anne held various positions at C2 Education from October 2009 to April 2021, including Center Director and College Counselor at multiple centers, where responsibilities encompassed managing center operations, supporting student progress, conducting college counseling sessions, and leading marketing initiatives. Additionally, Tina-Anne worked as a Youth Services Counselor at the County of Bergen's Division of Family Guidance from November 2003 to June 2017, providing academic and emotional support to at-risk youth. Tina-Anne also served as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Bergen Community College from January 2013 to May 2017. Tina-Anne holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and Guidance from New York University, a Bachelor of Arts in English from Monmouth University, and is pursuing an Educational Services Certificate at Montclair State University.
