Empower Within, LLC provides therapy for pre-teens through adults in person in Pennsylvania, and virtually in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The practice is trauma and attachment informed, which means that every client is treated with the approach of "what happened to you?", and not "what's wrong with you?". Through techniques of EMDR, Ecosystemic Family Therapy (ESFT), Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), Trauma Art Narrative Therapy (TANT), and Attachment Based Family Therapy, I can work with you to tailor therapy to be all that you need it to be. We will work together towards growth and change, empowering your strength within.
