Empowered EDI is a consulting firm focused on helping companies achieve meaningful and substantive change through equity, diversity and inclusion.

Since our inception in 2017, we’ve been on a mission to build workplaces where all people are represented, feel included, are treated fairly and can thrive. We achieve our mission by building evidence-based EDI strategies that center employee voices and impact systems-level change. By giving you the roadmap and tools to operate more fairly and inclusively, we can help unlock your organization’s full potential.

We help clients drive business value by:

-Measuring the current state of equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging in your company, identifying key strengths, gaps and areas for improvement
-Crafting your EDI strategy based on data, analytics and employee experiences
-Infusing inclusion and equity into your entire organization - from hiring to product rollout
-Building your internal capacity to sustain and improve EDI over time

At Empowered EDI, we believe that equity is the catalyst for positive change in business and society. It’s what makes organizations like yours more inclusive, diverse and accessible for generations to come.
