Bud Flagstad

Bud Flagstad has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Bud currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of EmpowerHealth and an Advisor for the same company. Bud is also an Advisor for Itilili Health, where they contribute to their efforts in improving the healthcare system. Bud Flagstad holds the role of Executive Chairman at MiroDX and serves as a Board Member for Reemo Health. Bud recently concluded their role as an Advisor for RapidSOS. Additionally, Bud Flagstad was the Principal/Co-Founder of Seroclinix Corporation, where they focused on bringing better diagnostic medical testing, particularly for COVID-19. Prior to that, Bud Flagstad worked at UnitedHealth Group, where they held the positions of Senior Vice President of Software Innovation and Technical Product Services and Vice President, leading various strategic programs. Bud was also the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Ingenix and the Chief Information Officer at Definity Health. Bud Flagstad began their career as the Director of Professional Services at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services.

Bud Flagstad attended Saint Francis High School from 1980 to 1985. Bud then studied at Minnesota State University, Mankato from 1985 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, and Economics.
