EmpowerHER Impact Network is a Northern California headquartered community for first-generation, immigrant and multi-cultural professional women. We help you navigate challenges, build leadership skills, and thrive at every stage of your career through expert-led workshops, culturally grounded mentorship, and authentic connections.

Many first-generation and immigrant women are leading across industries while translating cultures, navigating systems that weren’t built for them, and carrying responsibilities that don’t always show up on a résumé. EmpowerHER exists so that work of leading doesn’t have to happen alone.

Our community brings together women across roles and sectors who share a desire to grow, give back, and create new possibilities for themselves and others.

Through EmpowerHER, members can:
• Join expert-led workshops focused on leadership, communication, and career navigation
• Access culturally grounded mentorship from experienced professionals with lived experience
• Build real connections with other first-generation and immigrant women across Northern California

Whether you’re early in your career, in middle management, or already in senior leadership, EmpowerHER is a place to learn, reflect, and lead alongside others who understand your journey.

We are currently growing our community and developing our first wave of programming. If you’d like to get involved as a member, mentor, or partner, we’d love to hear from you.
