Pam Thomure

Pam Thomure is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Executive Director for Empowering Women Out of Prison since March 2020, Pam focuses on providing leadership and entrepreneurship courses to incarcerated women in Texas, promoting transformation and independence upon their release. Previous roles include Executive Director at Marble Falls Education Foundation and Director of Development at Carillon Foundation, where responsibility involved managing fundraising programs for a Continuing Care Community. Additionally, Pam founded Southwest Senior Solutions, LLC, a move management company dedicated to assisting senior citizens in the Texas Panhandle. As the CEO of the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra prior to these roles, Pam was accountable for fundraising, management, and stakeholder engagement. Pam Thomure holds a degree from Sam Houston State University.
