Michael Iskander Boulos is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in software engineering and leadership. Currently serving as an Advisor at Empowerly since January 2025 and Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Iden2 since August 2024, Michael also holds roles as an Investor and Advisor. Previously, Michael was the Head of Engineering at Modal from September 2021 to November 2024, and before that served as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Teladoc Health following the acquisition of Livongo, where Michael also held the position of Senior Director of Software Engineering from September 2014 to October 2020. Earlier career milestones include various roles at Shutterfly, Inc. and Tiny Prints, as well as software development positions at Elastra and Structural Wealth Management LLC. Michael earned a degree from the University of California, Berkeley between 2006 and 2008.
