Mário Henrique Alves de Queirós. Business Administration degree from the University of Fortaleza [Universidade de Fortaleza], obtained in 2010. Mr. Mário started his professional activities in 1997 at Pax Corretora de Valores e Câmbio Ltda., as a desk trader. In 1998, Mr. Mário joined the Company, having held the following positions: Stockist, Quality Assistant, Trainee Manager, Store Assembly Manager, Maintenance Manager, Delivery Manager and Marketing Manager. In 2007, Mr. Mário returned to Pax Corretora, occupying the position of Vice President and was responsible for restructuring it, transforming it from a correspondent to an official broker member of BM&FBOVESPA. In 2011, Mr. Mario returned to the Company to start the Planning and Investor Relations area, as well as the Finance Department, a position he held until January 2016. In December 2015, replacing his father, Mr. Francisco Deusmar de Queirós, he was elected President of the Company.
