Rodrigo Camillo

Rodrigo Camillo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rodrigo began their career as a Web Designer at Microdig Brasil in 2003. Rodrigo then transitioned to the role of Delphi Developer/Analyst, where they developed routines for image treatment and performed maintenance procedures on typing software.

In 2008, Rodrigo joined Microdig Brasil as a Full Stack Developer Analyst. During this time, they developed ASP.NET WebForms and Javascript applications, including an image marking system and a document search system.

In 2011, Rodrigo moved to Empregos.com.br, where they served as a Full Stack Developer Analyst. Rodrigo was responsible for the maintenance and development of various tools on the site, including backoffices, .Net WebForms pages, SQL Server database, and front-end development.

After their role as a Full Stack Developer Analyst, Rodrigo became a Tech Leader at Empregos.com.br. In this position, they managed projects related to process automation and coordinated the integration of an automated telephone system for both B2B and B2C offices.

In 2020, Rodrigo advanced to the role of Engineering Manager at Empregos.com.br, where they contributed to the overall technological strategy of the company.

Currently, Rodrigo holds the position of Head of Technology at Empregos.com.br. Rodrigo utilizes their expertise to align the company's technology strategy with its business objectives and focuses on developing innovative digital products.

In addition to their work at Empregos.com.br, Rodrigo is also the owner of Mercado Carros, an automotive marketplace that they started in 2021.

Rodrigo Camillo completed their Bachelor's degree in Design with a qualification in Digital Design from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, starting in 2004 and finishing in 2009. In 2006 and 2007, they attended Panamericana . Escola de Arte e Design, focusing on Advertisement. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Customer Experience Management and Artificial and Computational Intelligence from FIAP in 2023, Devops & Agile Culture from FIAP in 2022, and The Science of Well-Being from Yale University in 2022. Rodrigo also obtained certifications in Business Financial Management, Cloud Fundamentals, Administration and Solution Architect, Leadership Communication from FIAP, and ElasticSearch Engineer I and II from Elastic in 2018.
