Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in developing collaborative solutions for educational devices. Since July 2010, Chris has been employed at SMART Technologies, focusing on hardware development for DViT interactive whiteboards and related products. Prior roles include firmware engineering at SMART Technologies, electronics contracting for the Science Alberta Foundation, and electronics engineering at Grindcom, where Chris worked on control systems for the forestry industry. Additionally, Chris served as a teaching assistant at the University of Calgary. Chris holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
