Agus Irureta

Agus Irureta is a social entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in promoting social equality and empowering women through vocational training and job creation. Since May 2015, Agus has been the founder of Cuñá, a social enterprise that offers corporate gifts produced by women in vulnerable contexts, while allocating a portion of sales to further training programs. Agus also serves as a mentor and educator in Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation at Learning by Helping and as a project tutor at the University of Buenos Aires. Prior experience includes leading the entrepreneurial development program at the University of Buenos Aires and founding the initial venture Sí, pero no. Agus holds an industrial engineering degree from the University of Buenos Aires and has completed a course in Entrepreneurship at Babson College.
