Winnie Chua has a diverse work experience in healthcare management and nursing. Winnie began their career as a Director of Nursing Services at Marquis Care At Centennial Hills in 2010, where they worked until 2012. Winnie then joined Correct Care Solutions as a Director of Nursing from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2015, Winnie served as the Director of Nursing at Lake Mead Healthcare and Rehabilitation. Following that, they worked as a Regional Nurse Consultant at Meridian Management Services/Torrey Pines Rehabilitation Hospital from 2015 to 2017. At EmpRes Healthcare Management, LLC, Winnie held multiple roles, including Divisional Director of Clinical Operations- Clinical Operations Specialist and Regional Director of Clinical Operations from 2017 to 2019.
