Eduardo Vila Graduated as a Lawyer and Notary Public at the University of Mendoza.
He has developed his professional activity in the field of business advice, especially in activities regulated and/or subject to state control, such as the media and companies providing public services, especially in the electricity sector.
For 20 years he has been Director of Legal Affairs of Grupo América multimedia, one of the main ones in the Argentine Republic, with vast experience in the communication services and information technology sector, as well as in various companies linked to the development of the real estate, technology startup, fintech and family office activities; being in charge of all the legal issues related to the said group in Argentina and abroad.
As part of his professional work, he has participated in different processes of national and international debt restructuring, acquisition processes and sale of share packages, mergers, and corporate and business restructuring processes; also serving as a member of the board of directors of some of the companies of the business group.
Likewise, he advises the Electricity Distribution Company of Mendoza SA (EDEMSA), the main electricity distribution company in the province of Mendoza.
