German Ranftl

Public Accountant from the University of Buenos Aires and a Master in Business Administration from UCEMA. He worked 11 years in the banking sector, eight of which he served as Vice President of Corporate Finance and Investment Banking. From 1998 and for five years, he was Chief Financial Officer of Supercanal SA before joining Integra Investment SA as Vice President, a consulting firm with international and Argentine transactions in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and debt restructuring. He also served as Financial Director of EDEMSA.
