Rocío López Vásquez

Rocío López Vásquez has extensive experience in project management and client service improvement within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Subgerente de P&S Experiencia Clientes y Proyectos at Entel since October 2011. Rocío has led various cross-functional projects within the Billing and Collection management, as well as overseeing digital transformation training for Entel in Chile and Peru. Previous roles at Entel include directing the strategic projects and automation for customer service, along with managing significant implementations such as CRM and online billing systems. Rocío also has a solid background with prior positions at VTR and Movistar, as well as experience as a consultant with Deloitte. An MBA graduate from Universidad de Artes, Ciencias y Comunicación, Rocío holds several diplomas in finance, project management, and business management, complemented by an engineering degree from Universidad de Santiago de Chile.
