Emma Tucker

Emma Tucker is currently serving as Legal Counsel at Empresaria Group plc since July 2023 and holds the position of Parent Governor at Magor CIW Primary School since December 2020. Prior to these roles, Emma worked as Legal Counsel at Curtis Banks from October 2021 to July 2023, and as a Chartered Legal Executive and Contract Manager at Target Group between September 2017 and October 2021. Emma's earlier experience includes serving as a Commercial Paralegal at SPTS Technologies Ltd for one year, and as a Property Insurance Litigation Supervisor at Lyons Davidson Limited from April 2012 to September 2016. Initial legal experience was gained as a Medical Negligence Paralegal at RadcliffesLeBrasseur from September 2011 to April 2012, assisting in the defense of medical negligence claims. Emma holds a CILEX Law qualification from Coleg Gwent, completed in 2011.
